Hatha Yoga

A balanced practice suitable for all levels, Hatha focuses on alignment and the physical and emotional benefits of each posture. Expect to hold poses for up to a minute, gently moving the spine to enhance blood flow and mobility. Familiar and accessible poses are used with optional progressions for more experienced yogis. This traditional style strengthens both body and mind, preparing you for a deeper meditation practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, flowing style that links traditional postures into sequences like Sun Salutations. This faster-paced class builds full-body strength, boosts endurance, and generates heat to help reduce stress and support weight management. Each session ends with deep stretching, breathwork (Pranayama), and time for inward reflection — leaving you feeling energized and centered.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

A slow, gentle practice that encourages deep relaxation. With poses held for 2–5 minutes, this class targets connective tissue and fascia rather than muscle, helping to improve joint mobility and energy flow. Eyes-closed practice is encouraged, allowing you to turn inward and leave feeling deeply restored.

Mat Pilates

A core-focused class designed to activate deep abdominal muscles and strengthen the back, glutes, and stabilizers. Pilates supports spinal alignment, improves posture, and enhances functional movement. Suitable for all levels, this class helps you build strength from the inside out.

Strength (Group Fitness)

Led by a qualified personal trainer, this class is all about building functional strength in a supportive group setting. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and free weights, you'll target major muscle groups to improve tone, posture, and overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions provided. Expect to feel empowered, strong, and accomplished — no matter where you're starting from.
